2jearn Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 2jearn website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 2jearn Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 2jearn Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is explicitly and categorically prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation in placing bets or operating an account on the Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 2jearn or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or had an account closed for Terms violations.

2jearn takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling extremely seriously. We operate a strict 21+ policy and reserve the right to suspend any account and request documentary proof of age at any time. If age verification is not satisfactorily completed within the timeframe specified in our request, the account and any associated balance may be frozen pending resolution.

To access the full range of 2jearn services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and payment features — you must create a registered account. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 2jearn account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify 2jearn immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accurate information: Any change to your personal details (including mobile number, payment methods, or residential address) must be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be resolved prior to final closure.

2jearn reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

2jearn supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) transactions through a range of locally available payment channels including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and may be adjusted from time to time.
• Own-name payments only: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be reversed.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal processing times: 2jearn targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified accounts. Actual transfer times depend on the payment channel and may vary.
• Withdrawal conditions: Where a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawal of associated funds may be subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 6.
• Transaction fees: 2jearn does not charge platform-level withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 2jearn accepts no liability.

2jearn reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of any outstanding account dispute.

All bets placed on the 2jearn Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation has been received by the system and a bet ID has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on either party.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, except in cases of manifest error (see below).
• Manifest errors: In the event that odds are posted in error — whether due to human error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure — 2jearn reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account.
• Match abandonment: In the event that a cricket or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the period specified in the applicable event rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the market-specific rules published on the Platform.
• In-play betting: Live and in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. 2jearn cannot guarantee acceptance of any in-play bet and reserves the right to refuse any in-play wager at its discretion.
• Maximum payout limits: Each market type carries a maximum payout cap. Any winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be paid at the cap amount, not the calculated return.

Decisions made by 2jearn's trading team regarding bet settlement, void declarations, and payout calculations are final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in our FAQ.

From time to time, 2jearn offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitute bonus abuse.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates for different game categories are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds that expire will be forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse and fraud: 2jearn uses automated monitoring to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including low-risk arbitrage betting to clear wagering requirements. Where such patterns are detected, 2jearn reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and close the account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jearn Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes to the detriment of 2jearn or other players.
• Match-fixing exploitation: Placing bets with prior knowledge of manipulated match outcomes, or in any way participating in or benefiting from match-fixing arrangements.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human control.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes against genuine 2jearn transactions.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform as a vehicle for the placement, layering, or integration of illegally obtained funds.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 2jearn support staff or other members of the platform community.

2jearn cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in investigations related to fraud, money laundering, and criminal activity. Where legally required, player account information and transaction records will be disclosed to the relevant authorities.

In order to comply with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, 2jearn may require players to submit documentary evidence of their identity, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle.

• Accepted identity documents: Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document showing your name and residential address dated within the last three months.
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits, confirming that it is registered in your name.
• Verification timeframe: Players are typically given 72 hours to submit requested documents. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in a withdrawal hold or account suspension.

Document review is conducted by 2jearn's compliance team. All submitted documentation is processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 2jearn will never share your personal documents with third parties except as required by law or regulation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, republish, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 2jearn.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jearn and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any decisions made by 2jearn in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including bet voidance, account suspension, or bonus removal.

Nothing in these Terms limits 2jearn's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2jearn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 2jearn holds its gaming licence and operates its services. Players agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.

Where a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority as specified in our licensing terms.
